After you request our assistance, a Dewit Law Office staff member will contact you by phone within 2 hours of your request within the office’s opening hours (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday). Requests on weekends and public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.
Free defence
If you are covered by legal expenses insurance (often linked to your civil liability (BA) car insurance), we will contact your insurer or broker to check whether you are covered and whether your insurer agrees to pay for our services.
If so, we will defend you throughout the proceedings and you will not have to pay our fees.
This will relieve you of your financial worries and allow you to approach the proceedings against you with more peace of mind.
